Being South African, we are surrounded by extraordinary food experiences, but finding exquisite pastry chefs can be challenging. We decided to order a few options from Alena & goodness, the technicality and taste of her pastries are truly immaculate. Communication, presentation & execution is 5 star & she is our go-to for any pastry needed for a special event.

Alena provides a professional and DELICIOUS service! we ordered a chocolate, salted caramel and Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting cake. Both flavours were thoroughly enjoyed by our guests! The cakes also held well in the heat. Alena went out of her way to liaise with our florist to ensure the cake flowers matched our theme well. We would highly recommend Alena and even our venue commented on how we had made an amazing choice when it came to choosing someone for our cake. Thank you Alena :)

I had the privilege to taste a variety of macrons and madeleine's. My word, a taste explosion. And my favourite is the Biscoff and Lemon Poppy ones.
And don't forget the cakes. Over the years I ordered different cakes and this year it was the Chocolate Nutella Hazelnut Cake. It is decadent!!
